(Stormwater) Southbridge Development
Southbridge Developments was a new subdivision in the Southbridge town of the Selwyn District.
The project involved upgrading the Selwyn District Council’s (SDC) stormwater retention including building a large outfall system for the 100-year flood plan. This project included 300m of 525mm concrete pipe with 15 sumps, 8 large manholes, one bypass structure, and an outfall into the retention ponds.
All works were completed by UINZ and inspected by Lindsay Wilson from SDC. The works included benching of the manholes and epoxying of the joints, the CCTV was completed with ZERO defects
